Job Overview

Promnexa is looking for a skilled and performance-focused PPC & Paid Advertising Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience creating data-driven advertising strategies that increase traffic, generate qualified leads, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

You will be responsible for managing paid search, display, social media advertising, campaign analysis, and continuous optimization to achieve client growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Develop paid advertising strategies based on client goals, target audiences, and budgets.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting research.
  • Create and optimize ad copy, landing page recommendations, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign profitability.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Set up conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay updated with advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and paid media strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage advertising budgets and meet performance goals.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain campaign results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Google Ads certification or relevant paid advertising certifications.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple industries.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking setups.
